Scope of Work: Fire Alarm System – Design, Installation, Commissioning & Ongoing Maintenance
BAE Control Systems was appointed by Lovell to deliver a complete fire alarm solution for one of their residential developments. Our team took full responsibility for the Design, installation and commissioning of a compliant, high-performance fire alarm system tailored to the specific requirements of the site.
Working in close coordination with site management and other trades, we ensured that all works were delivered to a high standard, on time, and in full accordance with UK fire safety regulations. The system was commissioned and handed over seamlessly, with full certification and client training provided.
We are proud to continue our relationship with Lovells through our ongoing maintenance contract and 24-
hour monitoring, ensuring the building remains safe, compliant, and fully protected at all times.
